MACK KIRK ROOFING & SHEET METAL LTD is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, bridges, and other structures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintain and repair existing structures, including residences, wooden structures, and industrial facilities.
- 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
