Job Title: Administrative Assistant Medical

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Medical to join our team at Progressive Rehab.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant Medical will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing medical reports.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and format medical reports and correspondence
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment

The Administrative Assistant Medical will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of medical professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
