Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic supportive care as assigned.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure understanding and resolution of patient needs.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate from a recognized Health Care Aide program.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy patients.
  • Ability to work in stressful environments and adapt to changing situations.
