Laborer - Fruit Farming

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Tregunno Fruit Farms Inc. as part of our seasonal workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Management of Crops
- Maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvesting and Packing
- Pick row and orchard crops
- Pack fruits and vegetables
- Quality Control and Farm Operations
- Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
- Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
- General Farm Operations
- Weeding
- Clean work area
- Sort fruits and vegetables
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
Requirements- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish between colors
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons. The role is seasonal, with a fixed term.
