The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in empowering and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll promote a respectful team environment, manage team members with open communication and understanding, and have the knowledge and skills to support the Restaurant Manager in team leadership.




  • You will be responsible for ensuring food quality/safety and leading a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operations.
  • Your standards should help achieve operational excellence and allow you to easily plan and execute initiatives to increase sales and achieve targets.


In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day. Your current or past experience with Tim Hortons in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of restaurant operations and team member development makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
