Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are warmly welcomed and provided with a positive shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge and provide advice to customers on liquor products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age.
- Valid ProServe certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
