About the Role
  • Model safe work behaviours and ensure compliance with customer safety rules
  • Provide excellent customer service as key contact for field service requirements and work orders
  • Train and coach team members to meet customer expectations through performance evaluations
Responsibilities
  • Improve customer satisfaction by initiating corrective procedures in field service operations
  • Manage work-in-progress (WIP) and contamination control
  • Investigate and report accidents or near misses
  • Encourage continuous improvement through regularly scheduled meetings and training
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our total rewards package includes wages, benefits, and premiums (as eligible). You will also have opportunities for flexible work schedules and growth across multiple locations.
