Are you a culinary expert looking for a new challenge? Watermark Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Chef - Food Safety Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing all food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare complete meals, individual dishes, and foods for customers with food allergies, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring that presentations are visually appealing and meet customer expectations
Work Conditions:
- Demonstrate attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Stand for extended periods while working in the kitchen

Work Details:
- This is a seasonal position, with 32 hours of work per week
- The primary language of communication is English
