$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team. The successful candidate will have completed a Veterinary Technician program and have relevant experience in physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Have completed a Veterinary Technician program.
- New graduates with knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy - welcome to apply.
- Surgical preparation, assisting, and patient recovery.
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records.
- Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients and their pet parents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, including the ability to ask clarifying questions to facilitate effective solution-finding.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with colleagues and pet parents.
- Passion to learn more within the role.
