Job Title: Director of Ecommerce

We are seeking an experienced Director of Ecommerce to lead our direct-to-consumer business, driving growth and innovation through strategic product development, merchandising, and customer experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee a team of product managers, website administrators, and retention specialists, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products align with business objectives and meet the needs of pet parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of product managers to develop and deliver a product roadmap for our Shopify platform, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to manage DTC inventory, promotions, and optimize digital merchandising on the website.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive key decisions and inform business strategies.
  • Manage team budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in senior leadership or managing ecommerce P&L, with a proven track record of leading a successful ecommerce team.
  • Experience managing a subscription business is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
