Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at VM MOBITECH INC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice about merchandise to customers
- Operate a cash register and process transactions
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Assist in displaying merchandise and conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
- Will train
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
Work Environment: Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
