Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VM MOBITECH INC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
