As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment/condominium complex.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building and its surroundings
* Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, and minor repairs to appliances
* Supervise other workers and ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard
* Work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
* Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
* Physical ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
* Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability
