Property Maintenance Specialist

About ALL ROUND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment/condominium complex. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: An asset
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex
  • Tasks:
    • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
    • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
    • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
    • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
    • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
    • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
    • Perform safety and security checks
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
    • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
    • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
