Job Summary

Culinary experts with a passion for managing restaurant operations are sought after by Chatkhara By Krishna Ltd. to take on the role of cooks in our bustling kitchen.

About the Job

This permanent position offers 40 hours of work per week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality and presentation.

You will also be expected to inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times. Additionally, you will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment is crucial to the success of this role. You will need to ensure that everything is up-to-date and accurate, making it easier for others to access the information they need.

Cleaning kitchen and work areas is an essential part of this job, as is managing kitchen operations. This includes overseeing daily tasks, delegating responsibilities, and making sure that everything runs smoothly.

The security clearance required for this position is basic, and you must be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods can be challenging, but it's essential to providing excellent customer service and meeting production deadlines.

Your ability to focus on clients, remain flexible, stay organized, demonstrate reliability, and work collaboratively as part of a team will make you an excellent fit for this role. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar field.
