**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment strategies and wealth management solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as their financial situations evolve
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax consultants and insurance specialists, to ensure comprehensive support for clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian financial planning principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
