Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance and Administration Leader to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
  • Administrative Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Technology and Security: Ensure the organization's technology and security systems are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior finance and administration role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
