**Finance and Administrative Assistant**

**We are looking for an experienced Finance and Office Assistant in Fort McMurray, Alberta.**

This role reports to the Finance and Operations Manager. It is a full-time position and requires someone in-office.

**Responsibilities**
- Support bi-weekly payroll
- Process invoices & follow up with suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget and year end preparation
- Participate in annual audits
- Data entry
- Administrative and clerical duties
- Preparing and organizing documents
- Arranging meetings
- Organizing office activities
- Mail correspondence
- Office supply inventory and ordering
- Miscellaneous office tasks

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or certificate in Finance, accounting, or related field
- 3 year experience if Finance
- 3 year administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency In MS Word

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
