Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Red River Co-op. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, processing third-party remittances, and resolving any issues that may arise.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will possess formal education in payroll and/or accounting, with experience operating accounting software such as JD Edwards and/or payroll and HR systems like UKG Dimensions (Kronos) and Oracle HCM. Your analytical mind will enable you to investigate anomalies and problem-solve with minimal direction. Strong attention to detail and precision in your work are essential qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating complex formulas and macros, is also desirable. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will facilitate effective explanation of complex subjects to others. Action orientation and a high level of integrity are critical attributes in this role.
