Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Solar Innovations Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure high-quality performance
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and establish office procedures and routines
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and arrange seminars and conferences
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Organized and able to multitask, with strong time management skills
  • Permanent position, 32-37.5 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
