About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team of staff to achieve outstanding results.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including supervising and training employees to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.
- Hire, train, and develop new staff members to enhance team performance.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety protocols, with certification in Safe Food Handling and Serving It Safe programs.
This is a full-time position, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Standing for extended periods is also expected. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:- $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
