We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick. The successful candidate will have experience working within a collaborative environment and provide safe and quality patient care.
About the Role
This position involves providing family-centered primary care in the community for all age groups and genders. The Family Medicine Physician will collaborate with other Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Allied Medical Staff to deliver high-quality patient care. They will also participate in after-hours on-call coverage in coordination with other medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies (residency) in the field of Family Medicine. They must possess a valid license to practice medicine in New Brunswick through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick (CPSNB). Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.
