Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
