- Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and submit regular production reports, analyzing trends and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize workflows.
- Co-ordinate Activities and Schedules: Effectively manage project timelines, allocating resources and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise Workers and Projects: Provide guidance and oversight to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability in all aspects of heavy equipment operation.
To succeed as a Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor at GATEWAY LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING LTD., you will require:
- A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation or supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
