Job Summary

GATEWAY LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING LTD. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor to oversee the operations of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Work Problems and Improve Productivity: Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve operational issues, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency in heavy equipment operation.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and submit regular production reports, analyzing trends and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize workflows.
  • Co-ordinate Activities and Schedules: Effectively manage project timelines, allocating resources and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Provide guidance and oversight to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability in all aspects of heavy equipment operation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor at GATEWAY LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING LTD., you will require:

  • A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation or supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
Working Conditions and Compensation

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
