Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Industry: Freight Forwarding and Warehousing

Location: Pointe-Claire

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Director to support day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to identify and develop business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and account relationship management
  • Report to the Sales Director on customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new orders
  • Maintain and develop relationships with leads, prospects, and existing customers
  • Take ownership of potential issues within live accounts and coordinate with the Sales Director to resolve them
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehousing and knowledge of 3PL/trucking is an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
