We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to join our dynamic team at Next Pathway, a technology services company providing clients a pathway from existing to emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with a strategic mindset, able to oversee all aspects of our visual brand while driving engagement through innovative design. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical skill, marketing acumen, and strong project management capabilities.

In this role, you will lead and execute all creative projects, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency across all digital platforms. You will create and edit engaging graphics for marketing materials, produce and edit videos for promotional content, and develop visual strategies for product marketing campaigns.

To succeed in this position, you should have a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience and 2 years of experience in technology. You should also have a strong background in video marketing, including creation and editing of promotional videos, product demos, and social media content.

The successful candidate will possess advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and After Effects), proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentations, and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for building and managing landing pages. A bonus would be knowledge of HubSpot CMS, while UX/UI design principles are nice to have.

Key responsibilities include designing compelling case studies, guides, checklists, and other content that supports marketing initiatives, managing and creating content for social media platforms, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, staying updated on design trends and technologies, and analyzing performance metrics of visual content.
