At Mint, we are seeking an exceptional Digital Associate Creative Director/Artistic Innovator to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will enable you to unlock your full creative potential and make a lasting impact on our clients' brands.

About the Role:

This role requires someone who can spearhead creative projects from conception to execution, while inspiring and mentoring other team members to push the boundaries of innovation. You will be responsible for developing holistic creative approaches across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering compelling presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Mac operating systems, will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide artistic direction for diverse mediums such as photography, film, animation, and digital applications will be crucial in driving creative excellence.

We are looking for someone with a degree in a related field and at least some experience in print, video, digital, social media executions. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with our clients and team members.
