Brand Momentum is currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Merchandising Representative to work at a retail location for 19 hours a week.

About You

If you're looking for a role that involves working independently, being out in the field, and meeting new people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Merchandising Representative, you'll have the flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment and work with a nationally recognized Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that products are visually appealing to customers and maintain a high level of merchandising standards.
  • Bring products from the storage area and fill up displays according to a predetermined planogram.
  • Update seasonal displays and pricing as needed.
  • Place product orders and execute account-specific initiatives, such as bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
  • Recognize opportunities to add value on each store visit and collaborate with department personnel.
  • Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, updating planograms, correcting out-of-stock issues, and ensuring product freshness.
  • Prepare and submit required reporting daily.

Position Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel and customers.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment and work independently.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for several hours on a continuous basis.
