About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of glass installation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation project.
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications.
  • Position and secure panes in frame to ensure a watertight seal.
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products with precision and care.
  • Install door, window, and other hardware to meet customer requirements.
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures to restore their original condition.
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling required for prolonged periods.
Experience and Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
