Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
