About the Role
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling the business from $5M to $30M+ in revenue, leveraging their network of eCommerce experts and agencies to drive growth, optimize operations, and position the company as a market leader. This includes developing and executing a strategic growth plan, managing the P&L, building relationships with key partners, driving expansion into new markets, and overseeing product launches on Amazon and other US marketplaces.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale the business across multiple channels.
- Manage the financial performance of the company, ensuring profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
- Build and nurture relationships with key eCommerce experts, agencies, and partners to support business goals.
- Drive expansion into new markets and develop innovative product strategies.
- Oversee the launch and growth of products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of scaling a DTC eCommerce brand from $5M to $30M+ in revenue.
- Background in the sleep tech space is highly preferred.
- Extensive connections with eCommerce experts, agencies, and partners.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
