At O2E Brands, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Ecommerce Strategist to optimize our digital experience. This role will focus on enhancing conversion rates, ensuring our online presence aligns with business objectives, and driving strategic initiatives to boost performance.

About the Role
  • This position combines expertise in content strategy, CMS management, and user experience understanding to improve landing pages, drive strategic initiatives, and provide key financial reporting related to ecommerce activities.
  • The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a passion for creating seamless and high-converting user experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent, Marketing & Campaign Implementation (40%)
  • Recommend and implement marketing and promotional strategies on site that support overall business goals, with a focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and improving customer retention.
  • Collaborate with creative and UX teams to design and test landing pages and ensure they are aligned with marketing and campaign objectives and follow best practices for user experience (UX) and brand.
  • Lead regular content audits to ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for both user experience and SEO performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Execution (30%)
  • Recommend strategies to optimize the customer journey and increase conversions across the website, landing pages, and key ecommerce funnels.
  • Design, test, and optimize landing pages to maximize lead generation and conversion.
CMS Ownership & Content Governance (20%)
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the website's CMS, ensuring seamless content updates, publishing workflows, and system management.
  • Establish and enforce content governance policies, including publishing guidelines, content approval processes, and best practices to maintain content consistency and quality across the site.
Measurement & Reporting (10%)
  • Support Director, Digital Experience & Ecommerce to provide key financial reporting related to ecommerce activities, ensuring smooth operations and optimization for user experience, performance, and sales.
