About the Job

Cobrafer Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to facilitate construction activities.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure structural integrity.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure even surfaces.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings to clear sites for new construction.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, often in dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
