Cobrafer Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and safety vest
