Nurse - RN/RPN Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health challenges in a supported housing setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric assessments, pharmacotherapy, and crisis intervention to clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Graduation from an approved school of nursing with current practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- At least three years of recent related experience in mental health and addiction
- Valid First Aid Certificate and Class 5 B.C. Driver's License
