Your Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Offer advice and provide suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
About Our Team

The branch operates one evening a week, offering flexible work schedules that vary depending on team availability. As a Financial Services Representative, you will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with a team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Possess advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
