Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stockperson/Cartpusher. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with cart collection and return, providing exceptional service and ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  2. Respond promptly to customer requests at all registers, safely assisting with carry outs or carry ins and verifying receipts for proof of purchase.
  3. Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including occasional cleaning and maintenance of restrooms and handling chemicals.
  4. Adhere to safety and emergency procedures, ensuring guidelines are followed properly for hazardous communications, lockout/tagout and blood borne pathogens.
  5. Maintain accurate records and logs, including the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk.
  6. Promote a safe and hazard-free work environment by wearing personal protective equipment and following company procedures.
