About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will work closely with customers to design and implement innovative solutions that leverage our AWS cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to customers on AWS storage services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and storage services teams, to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on customer engagements.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS storage services teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback.
  • Develop and support an internal community of storage-related subject matter experts worldwide.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms under storage, data, and AI.
