Job Title: Thermoforming Machine Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our team at BN Progressive Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain thermoforming equipment to produce plastic products
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of produced materials
  • Pack and prepare items for shipping and distribution
  • Set up and operate moulding machines to mould plastic products
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Air conditioned work environment
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Physically demanding
  • Standing for extended periods
