Job Title: Thermoforming Operator

BN Progressive Products is seeking a skilled Thermoforming Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution with precision and care.
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes with minimal downtime.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth production process.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Standing for extended periods.
