About Total Credit Recovery:
Total Credit Recovery is a progressive company in the financial sector, with over 550 employees in various offices across Canada. We are seeking a hard-working and energetic professional to fill the role of Customer Service Collections Representative.
Job Overview:
This position involves coordinating daily administrative tasks and reporting directly to the department manager. Responsibilities include:
- Daily interactions with clients for information exchange
- Verification of Bankruptcies, CCS, OPD filings with respective agencies
- Preparation of letters for debtors, statement letters, SIF requests
- Audit account closure
- Documentation and storage of correspondence from debtors
- Printing planners
- Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidates should possess:
- Administrative experience, preferably in a related field
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the CUBS system
- Ability to identify critical issues efficiently
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Quick learner and adaptability to changes
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our offices.
