About Total Credit Recovery:

Total Credit Recovery is a progressive company in the financial sector, with over 550 employees in various offices across Canada. We are seeking a hard-working and energetic professional to fill the role of Customer Service Collections Representative.

Job Overview:

This position involves coordinating daily administrative tasks and reporting directly to the department manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Daily interactions with clients for information exchange
  • Verification of Bankruptcies, CCS, OPD filings with respective agencies
  • Preparation of letters for debtors, statement letters, SIF requests
  • Audit account closure
  • Documentation and storage of correspondence from debtors
  • Printing planners
  • Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Candidates should possess:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a related field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the CUBS system
  • Ability to identify critical issues efficiently
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Quick learner and adaptability to changes
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our offices.
