As a Technology Advisor, you will be a reliable resource for our customers, guiding them in selecting the ideal products for their needs.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of a Technology Advisor is to assist customers with their inquiries and purchases across all technical departments of the store, including Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Devices, Electronics, and Photography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently assist clients with tailored advice on specific products and services in the Computer, Audio Video, and Photo/Electronics sections.
  • Establish London Drugs as a go-to destination for expert advice on consumer electronics.
  • Deliver outstanding service in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and participate in product knowledge sessions.
  • Conduct inventory checks, merchandise products, and uphold the professional appearance of the department.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insightful guidance on products, services, and promotions.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers, vendors, colleagues, and management.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects positively on the London Drugs brand.
  • Previous experience in selling Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Devices, or Photography gear is preferred.
