Food Service Supervisor: Leading a Pizzeria Team

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our pizzeria team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure we meet quality control standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on our kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Free Parking: Available for our employees.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
