Job Title: Software Engineering Co-op Reports Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Co-op Reports Editor to join our team at the University of Ottawa. As a Co-op Reports Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing co-op reports to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit co-op reports to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with students and faculty members to ensure that co-op reports are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their co-op reports
  • Work closely with the co-op program team to ensure that co-op reports are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Ability to edit technical writing in both English and French
  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of co-op programs and the co-op experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
