About the Role

The Restaurant Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of food preparation and service delivery. This involves managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise food preparation and portioning activities, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage restaurant staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
