About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage preparation areas are clean and organized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and package food items according to our menu standards and recipes.
    • Present food and beverages in a visually appealing manner, ensuring that all items are attractively garnished and served at the correct temperature.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
