We're seeking a skilled Produce Clerk to join our team at Calgary Co-op. As a key member of our produce team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring our produce is always fresh and of high quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department, stockroom, and sales floor.
- Ensure all produce is properly stored, rotated, and displayed to maintain freshness and quality.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Grade 9 or equivalent education and experience.
- Related retail experience, including customer service and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
