Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Adevinta 2021. As a key member of our Salesforce Squad, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, and service teams with both declarative and development-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall design and architecture of the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our custom solutions and integrations.
  • Design and implement solutions in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Work with integrated applications such as Adobe Sign, Geopointe, Stella Surveys, and Outreach to deliver high-quality improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, and our custom solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, striving towards coding best practices, data quality, and platform health.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and support the Salesforce Administrator, mentoring junior developers as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Advanced skills in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers.
  • Proficient with main integration technologies: HTTP, XML, JSON, and SOQL.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience configuring and managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Salesforce Voice, and migrating to Lightning.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and database design.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile development.
  • Natural interest or experience in classifieds, e-commerce, internet, and technology.
  • Willingness to work during periods with high workloads (including weekends if required).
