Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Fidelity Canada is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive requirements to support business growth and new product development.
  2. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.
  3. Develop and configure event management tools, such as Marketo.
  4. Complete required unit-testing and cooperate with other business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and error-free implementation.
  5. Participate in planning and execution of CRM and Events Management tools upgrades and migrations.
  6. Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions.
  7. Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes, technical and business solutions.
  8. Maintain solid understanding of business needs and participate in planning and execution of technical presentations and demos for our business partner.
Requirements:
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  2. Proven knowledge and experience with service cloud, sales cloud, digital experience cloud, community portals, Einstein analytics AI, and Einstein GPT.
  3. Sound knowledge and understanding of Salesforce software and its functionalities.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions.
  6. Strong understanding of system architecture and database design.
  7. Experience in generating Salesforce reports.
  8. Strong ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  9. Strong ability to understand security, performance, and data management.
  10. Strong planning and software implementation skills.
  11. User Management and attention to detail.
  12. Ability to understand the importance of non-functional requirements.
  13. Business Analysis and automating processes.
  14. Analyzing Data.
  15. Strong problem-solving skills and learner mindset.
  16. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education:
  1. University degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Salesforce Certification – Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Platform II, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
