Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our business, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our staff are able to perform their duties efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, and that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our coffee shop and bakery is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
